Ram Rack™ is our proprietary line of pallet rack repair and protection products, designed and manufactured in house by Lawler Fabrication & Equipment. These systems are engineered above RMI standards and built for real-world warehouse impact.

These items include single and double-sided end-of-row guards, front upright leg protectors, post protectors and telescopic replacement upright struts. All products are built from heavy-duty steel and designed to reduce future rack damage in demanding warehouse environments.

Unlike outsources repair solutions, we manage the entire process—from damage assessment to fabrication and installation—ensuring accountability and quality at every step.

RAM RACK SERIES 100

Series 100 pallet rack repair kits are used to repair upright legs utilizing the undamaged bracing of the factory upright. This provides a leg that is many times stronger than the factory version.

  • Engineered above RMI standards

  • Compatible with structural and roll-formed racking
  • Optional bullnose deflector
  • Anchored using 3/4” anchors (minimum of 2)

Series 200 pallet rack repair kits are a heavy-duty solution providing a robust leg repair along with new 3/16” thick tubular bracing that nearly eliminates any future damage.
