We fabricate items like barriers, guardrails, handrails, pallet racking guarding, structural components, brackets, supports and other custom parts made from steel, stainless steel or aluminium. Clients often provide engineered drawings, but we can also work from sketches to produce prototypes or production runs.

CNC Plasma and Oxyfuel Cutting
CNC plasma and oxyfuel cutting are precision metal-cutting processes used to shape steel and other conductive metals to exact sizes and configurations.
CNC plasma cutting uses a high-velocity jet of ionized gas (plasma0 controlled by computer-guided programming to cut thin to medium-thickness metals quickly and accurately. It is ideal for detailed shapes, brackets, gussets and other custom components.
Oxyfuel cutting uses a combination of oxygen and fuel gas to cut thicker steel materials by heating the metal and then oxidizing it to create a clean cut. Together, these technologies allow for efficient, repeatable and precise cutting across a wide range of materials thicknesses and project requirements.
In-house cutting ensures faster turnaround times and greater quality control. Whether producing a small or large batch run, we maintain consistency and precision.
Metal Forming
We form metal components to meet specific profiles and structural requirements using several different press brakes. Our equipment allows for accurate bending across a variety of metal material types and thicknesses.

Punching, Sheering, Notching & Drilling
Our multiple ironworker machines allow us to punch, shear, notch, drill, bore and tap holes in metal components efficiently in various types of materials and material thicknesses.
By keeping these processes in house, we can shorten lead times and maintain strict quality standards throughout fabrication for both small and large production runs.
Welding
Our certified welders use our precision fixture and jig tables to ensure quick and accurate fit and structural consistency within tolerance. Whether fabricating high-volume parts of one-of-a-kind components, we focus on strong, clean welds built for industrial environments.

Saw Cutting Services
Accurate cutting is foundational to every successful fabrication project.
Our metal band saw equipment allows us to cut tubing, angle iron and structural shapes of any thickness and length accurately to required lengths. This capability supports fabrication efficiency and ensures consistent fitment during assembly.
Deburring
Deburring is a finishing step in the fabrication process that removes sharp edges, rough surfaces and excess material left behind after cutting or machining. Our deburring process ensures clean, smooth edges that improve both function and presentation.
