Custom Metal Fabrication
We offer a wide range of custom metal fabrication applications to meet your needs. We service industrial facilities, commercial developers, property managers and perform warehouse maintenance. When you can’t and the right part to meet your needs, or a long lead time delays your deadline, our fabricators will work with you to get your project back on schedule. We can fabricate barriers, guardrail, handrail, pallet racking guarding and other miscellaneous parts.
CNC Plasma and Oxyfuel Cutting
Capability to cut thin to thick material, any shapes and sizes including footplates, brackets, gussets, tabs, and artwork. Ability to powder coat parts in-house enabling quick turnaround times by eliminating the need for outsourcing. We are capable and willing to run small to large batch production to accommodate any size project.
Metal Forming
We have the ability to form parts with the use of several different press brakes. With CNC capability we can assure accuracy when bending metal components to various profiles and designs.
Punching, Sheering, Notching & Drilling
Utilizing multiple ironworker machines we offer punching, sheering, notching, and other specialty capabilities with metal parts. These With services including drilling, boring and tapping holes in various types of materials and material thicknesses, we are also able to ensure short lead times for large and small parts runs.
Welding
We have many welding tables at our disposal, but our certified welders most often choose our precision fixture and jig table to ensure that our products are built within tolerance. Whether high or low volume, a fixture table allows for quick and accurate fit ups. We utilize this tool to ensure the best product possible in an efficient manner.
Saw Cutting Services
Our shop is equipped with a metal cutting band saw capable of saw cutting large material of any thickness. This machinery allows us to quickly cut multiple pieces of material with high accuracy to the desired length.
